Jason holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and a B.A. Specialization in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario.
In law school, Jason pursued specialized course and clinical work in family law, volunteering with the family division of the University of Toronto's legal clinic as well as the PBSC Family Law Project. Prior to his legal education, Jason completed an honours thesis in clinical psychology, assisting in the development and publication of a new screening tool for childhood attachment and abuse.
Jason is a current participant in the Child Advocacy Project and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
Jason summered and articled with Martha McCarthy & Company LLP before returning to the firm as an associate. He was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2014.
