Megan negotiates, litigates, and resolves complex family law matters. She has practised family law exclusively since 2012 and is known for her strategic and pragmatic approach, tailoring solutions to meet each client’s unique objectives.
Megan has presented at conferences for The Advocates’ Society and the Ontario Bar Association. She is a co-author of “Coming Apart Agreements,” a chapter in Robert Halpern’s textbook Contracts for the Family Law Client, published by LexisNexis.
Megan has been recognized by her peers as a leading lawyer in her field. She is ranked as Repeatedly Recommended by Lexpert, has been featured in The Best Lawyers in Canada since 2024, and is listed as a Leading Family and Divorce Lawyer in Toronto, 2026, by Doyles Guide. Megan is also featured on the ReferToHer list, which recognizes top female lawyers in Canada, and was recently elected as a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
Megan holds a JD from Queen’s University (2010) and a BA (Joint Honours) from McGill University (2006). Megan is a member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Family Law Section, The Advocates’ Society, and the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
