Jonathan Robinson

Jonathan was called to the bar in 2018 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School. While a law student completed placements at the Parkdale Community Legal Clinic, where he worked in the landlord-tenant division. He then articled with McCarthy Hansen & Company before being hired back as an associate.
He is a member of The Advocates’ Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association. He is also a member of the Family Law Panel for Legal Aid Ontario. Prior to practising law, Jonathan completed a Ph.D. in history; he recently published his second book with Brill.
He has been named by the Post+ Streets of Toronto as one of Toronto’s Best Lawyers for 2024-2026. Jonathan practices in all areas of family law but has a particular interest in property- and contract-related matters.
