Mohammed Odusanya

Mohammed is an associate at McCarthy Hansen & Company LLP.
He holds a B.C.L./J.D. from McGill University’s Faculty of Law and a B.A. (First-Class Honours) from McGill. During law school, Mohammed represented McGill at the Julius Alexander Isaac Moot, where his team placed second overall and he received the Spirit of the Moot Award. He also volunteered with the Legal Information Clinic at McGill, offering legal information and referral services to the public. Mohammed is the founding editor of the Black (Canadian) Law Journal.
Mohammed completed his articles at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, where he assisted judges on a broad range of matters, including family and child protection proceedings, as well as appeals before the Divisional Court.
He was called to the Bar in 2025.
