Olivia is an Associate at McCarthy Hansen & Company LLP. Olivia completed her articles with the firm and was called to the Bar in 2026.
Olivia is a bilingual graduate of the Canadian & American Dual Juris Doctor (JD) Program at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Law. She holds a B.A. from York University, summa cum laude, and a B.A. from the University of Toronto.
During law school, Olivia worked as a clinician at the Immigration Clinic at the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Law, where she provided legal assistance for French-speaking refugee and asylum claimants.
Olivia represented Windsor Law at The Wilson Moot in 2022, where her team placed third for their facta. Throughout law school, Olivia was a peer mentor, volunteer note-taker and served as the Co-Chair of the Advocacy and Mooting Committee at Windsor Law, acting as a coach for students participating in their first-year moot.
