Martha McCarthy will be presenting on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at the American Bar Association Section of Family Law, 2012 Spring CLE Conference in South Beach, Florida.

Martha will be speaking about Equal Marriage in North America: Nine Years On.

The program examines the progress of law reform in this area and the unique legal issues confronting same-sex couples from one jurisdiction to another.

Martha McCarthy spoke at The Voice of the Child in Family Law, a program that focuses on the complex issues that arise when dealing with children involved in the litigation process.

Martha’s topic of discussion was about “Judicial Interviews & Meetings with Children: Proposed Recommendations”.
